Message from the Lord Mayor of Melbourne

"Melbourne, it’s time to start your engines."

As Lord Mayor, I’m thrilled to welcome you to the F1 Melbourne Fan Festival – a high-octane celebration for die-hard Formula 1® fans and curious newcomers alike.

Join us at Fed Square to grab some merch, catch some appearances and see all the action on the big screen as our city gears up for an unforgettable mix of speed, sound and adrenaline.

This year, we accelerate the excitement with the debut of the Cadillac team, the first new team in a decade. It’s a moment big enough to land Melbourne on The New York Times list of top travel destinations for the year.

We're so proud to be Australia’s home of Formula 1® and to support the F1 Melbourne Fan Festival. It perfectly captures the City of Melbourne's energy and reputation for hosting world-class events.

I can’t wait to see you there for a pit-stop you won't want to miss.
